Fees are paid at the time of booking. If you want to use a Backcountry Hut Pass, make a booking through the DOC office listed below.
Due to the alpine environment around Liverpool Hut, suitable camping space is limited.
Before you go, pay for a hut ticket each night’s stay at the DOC office below. Put the ticket in the honesty box at the hut or buy a Backcountry Hut Pass for unlimited use at most Serviced and Standard huts for a 6- or 12-month period.
Bookings required. Book Liverpool Hut online or contact the Tititea/Mount Aspiring National Park Visitor Centre.
For more information including what you can expect as a ‘booked’ and ‘non-booked’ hut user, see booking Aspiring and Liverpool huts.
Bookings not required – bunks available on a first come, first served basis.
This is a popular hut, outside the booking season consider carrying a sleeping mat in case no bunks are available.
