• Any form of credit or debit card is accepted. Eg, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit card.
• The amount you enter will automatically be charged to or debited from your card through the ANZ eGate secure payment network when you click the ‘confirm’ button.
• You won’t be able to enter an amount that is different from the amount of the fine or the instalment amount (if you have an agreed payment plan with DOC).
• The card details you enter will not be retained by DOC.
• The card details and transaction are secure. Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology is used for two-way authentication, data encryption and data integrity. TLS is the industry standard security protocol to encode sensitive information. TLS creates a shared digital key, which only lets the sender and the receiver of the transmission encode or decode information.
• Bank refunds will only be made to the person who paid the original fine:

• Refunds will be made to the payment type used to pay the infringement fine. Refunds for Infringement fine payments made online will be made to the card used for original payment.
• Unauthorised transactions and double charges will be handled by standard refund process.
• Refunds can take up to 4-5 business days to show in your account due to your banking processing times.
