Starting at the end of Red Bridge Road, the track climbs up through regenerating native bush. There is a short side track to a lookout, with views down to Tairua Harbour. Continue along the track to get to Hinemoa Terrace.

The track surface is clay and can be very slippery in places especially when it is wet, care should be taken.

This walk can be accessed from either Red Bridge Road or Hinemoa Terrace in Tairua.
