Te Araroa – The Trail Pass

Te Araroa Trail walkers should register and purchase the Te Araroa Trail Pass.

Times from nearest road end and hut

• Brook Street: 5 hr 30 min
• Middy Creek Hut: 3 hr

During the winter months the water supply system at Rocks Hut can freeze. This often only affects the toilet.

If the toilet freezes up and the flush does not work, use a bucket of water from the rain water tank to flush. Other people at the hut will appreciate your consideration.
