To modify or cancel your bookings log back into your booking account on the DOC booking system. 

If you have changed credit cards or are cancelling due to weather/medical reasons, email your cancellation request to booking@doc.govt.nz directly before making any changes.

1. Select My Account your name in the green bar, top right of page.
   
   
2. Then select All GW bookings to see your Great Walks bookings or My Bookings Other for all non-Great Walk hut, campsite and lodge bookings.
   
   
3. Find the booking you want to change.
   
   
4. Click Modify to change dates, the number of people or nights or add vehicle registration number. For Great Walks bookings you can also change a person’s details.
   
   
5. Click Cancel to cancel your booking. Fees may apply – check terms and conditions. 

You can email a copy of your confirmation to yourself by selecting Reprint.
