Cobb River Campsite

Located in Cobb Valley and Kahurangi National Park in the Nelson/Tasman region

Camp beside the Cobb River, which offers good swimming and fishing.

Fees

Free. 

Turn off SH 60 at Upper Takaka and follow the Cobb Dam Rd for 35km. The campsite is at the top end of the Cobb Reservoir.

Unsealed, steep and windy; some sections one way. Icy and 4WD only in winter.
