This hut is located on the shores of Lake Monowai and can only be access by boat.

Prevent the spread of didymo

Didymo is present in Lake Monowai, but is not currently in the pristine Borland Burn, Green Lake or Grebe River.

Visitors should take precautions to prevent the spread of didymo when swimming/fishing/boating/packrafting.

Do not take water from these areas.
