Summary of proposal: The Rocky Gully Ski Club Incorporated accommodation hut is used for overnight accommodation for members and approved groups partaking in skiing or other adventure activities on and around the Coronet Peak Reserve. The hut is a two-story structure that has existed at this location since its construction in 1964. Occupancy and use will remain unchanged. The proposed lease area includes the hut itself, and a 5 metre buffer to provide for member parking, hut operation and maintenance.
