Summary of Proposal: This proposal is to continue to occupy Sounds Foreshore Reserve for existing activities as part of the operation of the Portage Hotel for a 30-year term concession. This comprises the management, ownership and operation of all activities related to the hotel accommodation and associated structures including manager’s accommodation, parking, paths, swimming pool, septic tank, rock walls and concrete areas.
