Introduction

Research has shown that noting three good things in nature each day leads to an increase in nature connection, health and wellbeing.

What to do

  1. Look out of a window or head outside.
  2. Record what you notice. This could be by taking a photo, writing it down, drawing a picture.
  3. At the end of one week, share your findings with your friends and family. Encourage your friends and family to do the same.
  4. You can record your findings in a nature journal.
