The briefing went to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister for Resource Management Act Reform, Minister of Conservation and the Minister for the Environment. It was joint from the Ministry for Primary Industries, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ministry for the Environment and Department of Conservation. It outlines the cross-portfolio nature of oceans management, and pressures and opportunities in the marine environment.
