Rock stack, Mayor Island
Basic cabins and tent sites are found at Opo / South East Bay. These must be booked in advance.
Landing on the island itself is by permission of the Tuhua Trust Board, and is permissible only when a caretaker is present over the Summer months. All visitors must follow the quarantine protocols.
Several charter companies run trips to the island.
