Enjoy the fabulous views of the Twelve Apostles Range, Southern Alps and out to sea, while keeping watch for water birds and native fish.
  • Identify water birds on the lagoon using the information panels...if you're lucky you could even see a kōtuku/white heron!
  • See if you can spot some native fish. You might see them spawning from February to May.
  • Bring a picnic and enjoy a play at the beach.
