Go and explore
Until the Guardian post is replaced, follow the adventure map to Two Mile Bay Sailing Centre at Step 12 and take a photo of your guardian there.
Getting there
- From Taupō town centre travelling south along Lake Terrace continue until you reach a turning bay and posted road sign Wharewaka road.
- Turn right and follow road all the way to the end until you reach a dirt/gravel car park. This is where you start the Wharewaka Hikoi
