Know before you go 

  • 2 km return loop walk. Approximately 1 hour or less.
  • Easy walking track and wheelchair access to most areas.
  • Dogs allowed on leash. No bikes, scooters or skateboards

Getting there:

Auckland Botanic Gardens is located 25 km from central Auckland, off SH1 Southern Motorway on Hill Road. Take exit 451 from the north and exit 453, then Urban Route 3 from the south.
