Marine data portal/DOC open data provides access to DOC’s authoritative marine reserve dataset. This dataset includes all New Zealand marine reserves including Te Au Roa o Te Rakihouia.

Users can view layers directly in the browser and download data in a range of GIS formats for advanced use and analysis. Available files include: CSV, Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, File Geodatabase, Feature Collection, Excel, GeoPackage, and SQLite Geodatabase.
