Awakiki Bush Track
Located in Catlins coastal area in the Otago region
Introduction
An easy walk through lowland tōtara forest.Awakiki Bush Scenic Reserve is an outstanding example of lowland tōtara forest.
There is foot access from the road through neighbouring farm land to the loop track through the reserve.
10 km south of Balclutha, travel down the Owaka Highway south of Telford Polytechnic, turning right onto Awakiki Road.
