This easy walk passes through the delightful forest of Washbourn Scenic Reserve.
Local residents are trapping predators in the reserve. You may see the traps located inside wooden tunnels - look but don't touch.
The Washbourn Scenic Reserve begins beside the highway, 15 km north of Takaka on the road to Collingwood.

- Fires not permitted at any time
