Kiwi innovators with game-changing ideas and solutions for New Zealand's greatest environmental challenges are being encouraged to enter the WWF-New Zealand 2017 Conservation Innovation Awards.

Bright ideas for nature open 25 September - 15 October.

Big, bold ideas to meet challenges such as freshwater quality, climate change, species decline and invasive pests will be driven by the power of crowd-sourcing to refine ideas in real time.

The Conservation Innovation Awards has prize packages of $25,000 for each winner of the awards' three categories: Engaging young people and communities, Predator Free New Zealand 2050, and an Open Category.
