This is a competition to observe all the living things across Northland.

Who can enter

Northland residents aged between 10–15 years.

How to enter

  1. Download the iNaturalist app.
  2. Sign on to the Northland Youth Bioblitz project.
  3. Take photos of the living things around you, eg plants, birds, insects
  4. Upload them to the project.

There are some amazing prizes for the top 50 observers, including a family snorkel trip to the Poor Knights Islands.

This competition is only open for 9 days between 14–22 September 2019, so don’t miss out.

Tell your friends, your parents, and your teachers. Get out into nature, take photos and upload!
