Summary
This is a Wild Animal Control Plan for the management of Himalayan thar (Hemitragus jemlahicus), prepared in accordance with the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, and gives effect to the requirements of the Himalayan Thar Management Policy (see Appendix 1) which was released in June 1991.
The plan was approved and took effect from 1 July 1993.
