- Boatshed: Timber-framed, weatherboard cladding, 5.7 m x 7 m (39.9 m²), founded on timber piles.
- Storage Shed: Timber-framed, weatherboard cladding, 4 m x 5.7m (22.8m²).
- Retaining Wall: 1.4 m high, immediately west of the boatshed.
- Two pergolas, fencing, removable bench seating, terraced steps, and an accessway for a light utility vehicle.
- All structures were constructed in 1988 except the accessway constructed in 2003 and occupy the only flat land available on the property.
The Applicant seeks a 30-year lease for exclusive use of the boatshed and storage shed which provides lighting to the access way as well as a licence for the remaining structures.

What happens next
After submissions close:
- DOC will analyse and consider all submissions.
- If anyone asks to speak, a hearing may be held. You will be contacted beforehand if you wish to speak.
- DOC will consider all feedback and make a recommendation.
- A final decision will be made by the Minister of Conservation’s representative.
If a hearing is required, it is likely to occur at the end of March 2026. The exact date will be confirmed.
