The applicant has applied to for a lease and easement to own, occupy and maintain Lake Lyndon Lodge for the purpose of providing accommodation to members of the public for a term of 30 years. No changes to the land, buildings, or current site activities are proposed.
Concession applied for:
- Lease: To own, occupy and maintain Lake Lyndon Lodge and the ancillary building for the purpose of providing overnight accommodation.
- Easement: The right of way for vehicles accessing Lake Lyndon Lodge via the access road.
This activity has previously been authorised by the Department for LER-032. It has now been Approved In Principle for 45604-ACC under the Conservation Act 1987.
