The Minister of Conservation has received an application for a lease for a term of 10 years for part of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve on which the Kaiteriteri Fire Station is located.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand has applied for a renewal of a lease for the fire station land and building, on Inlet Road, Kaiteriteri. This is for the existing use of the 03 ha of land that the fire station sits on.
