Summary of proposal: The proposed activity is for the continued exclusive occupation and use of an existing disused dairy shed for housing a water supply and car garaging, part of which encroaches onto the Hae Hae Te Moana River Conservation Reserve.  The use of the shed is related to the applicants grazing activity.
