Intent to grant concession to Adventure Specialities Trust
The Minister of Conservation gives notice of her intention to grant a concession to Adventure Specialities Trust for a licence to provide guidance on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Submissions closed 3 May 2019.

The Minister of Conservation gives notice of her intention to grant a permit under section 17Q of the Conservation Act 1987 to Adventure Specialties Trust. The activity is guiding on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Any person or organisation may object in writing to the Director-General or make a written submission on the proposal.

Any submissions on the application must provided via post or email by 5 pm 3 May 2019, and include the reference 53526-GUI.
