Submissions closed 12 April 2019.The Minister of Conservation gives notice under section 50(4) of the National Parks Act 1980 of an application by Aoraki/Mount Cook Alpine Village Limited for the lease of site 57 for a period of thirty (30) years at 81 Bowen Drive, Aoraki/Mount Cook Village.

Any person or organisation may make comment in writing to the Director-General for or against the proposal, or make any other written submissions on the proposal.

Submissions will be accepted up to and including 5:00 pm on 12 April 2019. Once submitted, submitters' information is subject to the Official Information Act 1982 and may be released under that Act. If you wish to keep any part of your submission confidential, you need to state this in writing when making your submission.
Any person or organisation wishing to be heard in support of his/her submission, must request (within that submission) an opportunity to appear before the Director-General.
If a hearing is required, it is likely to occur on the week starting 06 May 2019.
