Intention to grant a lease/licence concession to Wakawaahi Limited
Introduction
Have your say on an application by Wakawaahi Limited for a lease/licence concession at Accretion Clova Bay Conservation Area. Submissions close 15 June 2018.The Minister of Conservation gives notice of her intention to grant a 30 year concession (lease/licence) under section 17Q of the Conservation Act 1987 to Wakawaahi Limited, for the lease of a boat shed footprint, and licence to utilise part of the conservation area for fuel tank storage, at Accretion Clova Bay Conservation Area.
Any person or organisation may object in writing to the Director-General against the proposal or make a written submission on the proposal.

Hearing details
Any person or organisation wishing to be heard in support of his/her objection or submission must request (in that objection/submission) an opportunity to appear before the Director General.
If a hearing is required, it is likely to occur during the week commencing 9 July 2018.
