Summary of proposal
The application is for a Deed of Variation to Concession OT-20676-ACC. The proposed activity is for the addition of a vary small storage and emergency and staff shelter called a Kea Proof Tent which will sit along side and in addition to Kelly’s Hut and toilet.
In addition, the application is to change the special conditions of OT-20676-ACC. Those conditions being Conditions 18 to 21 inclusive and the addition of a new condition, with regard to public use of the hut.
