Intention to grant a concession to David King Technician Limited
Have your say on the Minister of Conservation's intention to grant a 30 year licence to David King Technician Limited to install, operate and maintain a VHF Marine Radio repeater in part of Fiordland National Park, Pembroke Wilderness Area. Submissions close 20 October 2017.

The Minister of Conservation gives notice of her intention to grant a 30 year licence under section 17Q of the Conservation Act 1987 to David King Technician Limited to install, operate and maintain a VHF Marine Radio repeater for the purposes of safety of life at sea and to feed into the emergency response safety management system for Milford Sound at Fiordland National Park, Pembroke Wilderness Area.

How to submit

Any person or organisation may object in writing to the Director-General against the proposal, or make written submissions on the proposal.

Hearings

Any person or organisation wishing to be heard in support of his/her objection, or submission, must request (in that objection/submission) an opportunity to appear before the Director-General.

If a hearing is required, it is likely to occur on the week starting 30 October 2017.
