Introduction
Coast Road Cabin is permanently closed.The cabin is at the entrance to Catchpool Valley, 12 km south of Wainuiomata along the Coast Road. The cabin is 20 m before the Remutaka Forest Park entrance.
The house over looks farmland and bush and is adjacent to the Catchpool caretaker’s quarters, office and workshop.
