The Auckland Conservation Board has a conservation advisory and community liaison role in the Auckland region. 


The board meets four times a year at various locations. A public forum session where members of the public can talk to the board on conservation issues is held during each meeting. The full agenda for meetings is generally available one week before the meeting date from the board support officer.
