In accordance with DOC’s obligations under the Legislation Publication Act 2019, by 2 November 2027 this page will list:

• primary legislation administered by DOC that:
  • empowers DOC-drafted secondary legislation (for PCO-drafted secondary legislation, see the NZ Legislation website); and
  • empowers secondary legislation made by other bodies (i.e. an administering body under the Reserves Act 1977); and
• primary legislation administered by another agency that empowers DOC-drafted secondary legislation.

We are working towards a complete list as soon as reasonably possible. However, until this date, please assume the list below is incomplete.
