Summary
This follow-up review considers if the Department is on track to meet its Performance Challenge and fulfill its Four-year Excellence Horizon, given anticipated course and speed. It also includes feedback on progress on nine focus areas identified by the Director-General, and discusses the development of a DOC Philosophy. Finally, it considers the likely direction of the next Performance Challenge.
