Read a brochure about the Cascade Saddle Route which links the West Matukituki and Dart Valleys via an alpine crossing. It is suitable for experienced trampers as a fine weather, summer route.

The Cascade Saddle Route is an alpine crossing and should not be attempted in adverse weather. Although the brochure is correct at the date of publication, track conditions and facilities may change.
