The Chatham Area incurred a total budget cut from core projects this financial year. Despite the board's budget reduction of $1K, it was able to function adequately with a total budget of $18K. This was mainly due to the savings made in costly travel expenditure when Pitt Island members and Dunedin board member where unable to attend all meetings.
