Summary

Long Island-Kokomohua Marine Reserve, Queen Charlotte Sound, was established in April 1993. Since March 1992, a monitoring programme has surveyed biological changes in relation to the establishment of the no-take marine reserve. This most recent report provides a comprehensive update on the biological monitoring programme based on results of further sampling from 2004 to 2009.
