Reserve
This easy walk passes through the delightful forest of Washbourne Scenic Reserve.
Local residents are trapping predators in the reserve. You may see the traps located inside wooden tunnels - look but don't touch.
No dogs, fires or camping are permitted at this reserve.
Getting there
The Washbourne Scenic Reserve begins beside the highway, 15 km north of Takaka on the road to Collingwood.
