Description
From the car park, walk up the road for 400m and take the track on the right at the Bushaven gate. Follow the benched track upstream to the Hastings Pole Bridge. On the true right of this bridge, head up the sidestream off the main track. Hastings Hut can be seen from the stream on a small terrace on the true left.
Getting there
The tracks starts from the car park near the end of Te Waiti Valley Road.
