Te Reinga Falls Scenic Reserve is 35 km inland from Wairoa. At the reserve you’ll find a short track to a lookout where you can view the spectacular falls of the Wairoa River. Category: Short walk Completion Time: 15 min
Be sure to take the 5km track that traverses the Whinray Scenic Reserve. As you walk through this native forest you’ll come to a series of waterfalls on the Motu River. Category: Walking track Distance: 5 km Completion Time: 2 hr 30 min
