When you visit Ahipara, make sure you take a walk around the reef and along the Ahipara foreshore. Scenic views and panoramic landscapes are just waiting to be explored.

Ahipara offers good fishing. Many areas of Te Oneroa a Tohe (90 Mile Beach) provide perfect opportunities for swimming and relaxing.

With its rocky shore and long stretches of sandy beach, the area is very scenic and a beautiful place to explore by boat.

The forests, gumlands and shrublands of the Herekino and Ahipara hunting blocks offer opportunities to hunt pigs and goats.
