Look out for the Guardian Post when you get there. On it you'll find a special code word - write it down.

Getting there: Point Elizabeth

To reach the northern end of the Point Elizabeth Walkway from Greymouth, drive north to Rapahoe on SH6 (about 11km) and turn left just before the Seven Mile Creek / Waimatuku bridge. The carpark is about 100m down a gravel drive.

To reach the southern end, go through Cobden on Bright Street. Turn right onto Domett Esplanade and travel to the end; it will become North Beach Road along the way (about 6.5 km from the Greymouth town centre).

There are car parks at both ends.
