Public forum
The board sets aside half an hour at each board meeting for a public forum. Any members of the public who want to speak to the board about a conservation issue relating to the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy have the opportunity to do so.
Speaking time at these public forums is no more than 10 minutes. Those who wish to speak should contact the board's support officer.
