  • Work boots
  • Day pack

  • Personal first aid/medication
  • Raincoat
  • Sun hat
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent
  • Togs and towel if you will be near water
  • Gloves to prevent blisters
  • Spare jersey or woollen shirt
  • Some projects may require a compass (check with your co-ordinator)

  • Sleeping bag and pillow slip
  • Plate/mug/knife/fork/spoon
  • Drink bottle
  • Work boots
  • Light footware (sandshoes)
  • Socks and gaiters
  • Shorts and T-shirts
  • Long trousers
  • Wool or polarfleece shirt
  • Wool or polarfleece jersey/jacket
  • Raincoat/overtrousers

  • Swimsuit
