Motutapu Restoration Trust

The goal of the trust is to restore the cultural and natural landscape of Motutapu - the mosaic of Motutapu.

The trust which was formed in 1994 aims to protect, maintain, restore and interpret the cultural landscape handed down to us by Maori, early settler and military residents, and the ecological landscape similar to that on Motutapu after the Rangitoto eruption 700 years ago.
