Kawatiri Heritage Conservation Park

On 18 November 2006 the Minister notified his intention to declare land in Buller District to be a Conservation Park. These areas are currently public conservation land managed by the Department of Conservation. The initial Conservation Park proposal covers around 146,563 hectares.

Public submissions are invited for the proposed Kawatiri Heritage Conservation Park.
