Summary of proposal

Vodafone seeks to renew this concession to ensure continued mobile phone service to Pauanui.

Concession applied for

Occupation of approximately 98 m² for the purpose of operating an existing telecommunications facility. The existing facility consists of a 28 m mast and associated antennas and equipment together with an equipment shelter within a fenced area.

The Minister of Conservation has made no determination regarding the suitability of this proposed concession on public conservation land.  This public notification should not be interpreted as an intention on the part of the Minister of Conservation to grant the proposed concession.
