Introduction

Have your say on a permit application from Spindrift Images to film marine mammals at Kaikoura. Submissions close 21 June 2017.

Pursuant to section 5 (5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Blenheim, Department of Conservation notifies that he has received a permit application from Spindrift Images to film marine mammals in Kaikoura using an RPAS*.

Submissions will be accepted up to and including 21 June 2017
