We’re looking to understand more about customers' experience with DOC's online booking system and are looking for people to talk to. If you're selected, we'll give you a $100 prezzy card for your time!

You'll take part in a one-on-one, interactive session at a time and place that suits you. If you're in Wellington you're welcome to come to our office at 18-32 Manners Street, otherwise we can arrange an online session – you'll just need a desktop/laptop in a quiet space, and a phone to call an 0800 number. The session will last about an hour.

There are no right or wrong answers – we're just looking to understand what people need from and how they use DOC's online booking system. It’s an opportunity for you to guide changes to the system so it better meets the needs and expectations of users.

If you’re interested, complete the registration form below. We'll be in touch if you're selected – we're looking for a cross section of people. Initial sessions will take place in March 2017. We may also run sessions later in the year.
