Application for fire permit in Northland

In planning and organising your Fire Permit needs, please allow 10 working days before you intend to light your fire in order to complete the processing of your permit application, arrange site inspection and final permit issuance if/as appropriate. You may be requested to provide a photograph of the site or a property location map. Generally, basic permits will be issued within 2-3 days dependent on staff availability and the complexity of the particular fire situation being dealt with.
